20 years from now when this day doesn’t make a difference to you

With your new way of the modern times

 

Tonight as I walk you across the floor

Trying to comfort my baby boy

And these thoughts go through my head

What about what everybody has said

 

I always thought I could go the distance

I wonder what kind of father I’ll be

One like mine or one like somebody on TV

I see so many mothers walking their baby

I hear so many fathers talking neglect

But I love my son!

Truth can vary in geographical and cultural context
Causing wars and discrimination so utterly perplex
If all those ideologies are a map that leads to the ultimate truth
Then no belief would be cast aside as a substitute
But the Son of God born of woman has stated His claim
In the language that I use Jesus is His Name
