OBSERVER'Z OPINION Written by Sheldon Manoo (15/06/05)

(Narrative)

 Here's how the story goes:
A traveler from another world cruises the galaxy looking for hope in creation
This being stumbles into the earth's atmosphere and decided to observe
And this is what it sees.

Verse1

There's no welcoming sign in here
There's no peace in the atmosphere
There's no order it appear - s
There's no justice here to find
There's no being with peace of mind
Kind deeds may be hard to find
There's many more than all in here need
But there are billions of hungry souls to feed
No knowledge of how, in the ones who lead
There's no justice for the innocent
The sick don't have proper medicine
And with so many gods who's really listening

(SOLO)

Verse 2

There's belief that better will come
That belief had eluded a hundred generations
And the state of now is much further from
They worship paper more than blood
They've whipped their brothers till their hopes clod
The ark they built got lost in the flood
There's no rationality here
The message is never clear
Selfishness is the common thread they share
Lives were laid without reason
Heroes been crucified for treason
Now there are only rough and rougher seasons

(Grove)

Valleys were turned into mountains
Deserts were redesigned as fountains
Nowhere can there be something from nothing (Don't they know that)

(Bridge)

Here the young are the wise
But their voices are harshly silenced

And the one who vowed protection
Is the one needed protection from

Here right and wrong are intertwined
Love can be given by same gender kind

And creativity is so chastised
Brainwashed by recurrent musical vibes

(Grove)

There's no hope left in here
The faithful ones will soon disappear
I might as well just shift my gear.
