ABSOLUTE AND INDIGENOUS SELFLIST PEACESTATE written by Sheldon Manoo (1999)

Where the waters flow And the wind blow
As fresh and pure as the morning dew
As the horizon lifts Like a warm breeze drifts
Beneath a perfect sky so blue
The tender sun shines As its light finds
It’s way to grace the surface of earth
With it’s gentle persistence Through every existence
Everyday conceives a sacred rebirth
Like a crystal clear stream In a childhood precious dream
Comes a divine sense of arrogance
Like an enchanted mist Echoes a serpents’ hiss
There turns a sphere of circumstance
Then the summit reach From spring to beach
Unavoidably calm as the air
And the day passes Eluding the masses
And ensuring something’s there
Solar energy flies Watch the skys’ demise
As the dark take to the throne
Stars make their appearance To design nocturnal elegance
And add a kaleidoscopic tone
The nightwinds call As moonlight fall
And bless the dismal with purity
And if people care They could share
Each day with a peaceful serenity……………………………
