Now you’re so cold

You passed by and didn’t even look      at me,

How could you be so cold?

I felt sorry for you when I heard he broke your heart, so I offered you my love

My love’s true and everyone else knows that, I would have never get enough

Of You!

You sent your picture and love to someone else but I know he’s a heart breaker

So I persuaded that girl to set you up with me and I was gonna make you my star

I wrote a poem for you, a sweet epigram with your name

And when you ripped it, you tore that love away

But I’m gonna make it

I’m gonna be fine

I’ll find myself a new girl

And I’ll make her mine

I don’t understand I thought you were a person I could count on

I don’t know what changed your mind but in an hour your love for me was gone

So I let go all the thoughts of having you near

How could I be with you if you don’t care?

I know an angel would be sent to me
