At 40, I realised that I lived through 5 different decades! Had some great times in life and seen some great inspiration to my existence depart this earth.Haricharan Roopchand, Angela Roopchand, Sonny Manoo, Cynthia Hinkson.

I was blessed to love music and poetry and had the pleasure of meeting some of the best practitioners of these crafts and even shared the stages with some of them! to Shiva Seebaransingh-Thanks for my first guitar lesson, Navid Lancaster-for helping me bring to life my songs and your contribution to Broken Mirroz, the founding members of the Circle of Poets of TNT, the guys that were DAMN GOOD MC'S, my siblings Ronald Roopchand, Joel Roopchand, Cindyanne Roopchand, Lyndon Roopchand Tileman & Building Contractor, Lynbergh Gary Roopchand, Amalee Kelly Anne Roopchand & Andeles Miguel Roopchand and their offsprings, My Uncles and Aunts and my countless Cousins! I have decided to perform less and try to get some recordings done. Now professionalism is very subjected and the vision I have for my music is quite extravagant, so the recording would be few unless somebody grants me the budget to get my ideal project completed. Having said that I did one recording recently with someone that I think is one of the greatest folk artist-guitarist/singer/songwriter this country has and it is always an honour to have him work on my stuff and the piece we recorded is a homage to the person I love the most in my life at this point!
